Architects:
The Architects Act creates a system of registration for architects in the NT. Deregistration may occur on various grounds, but no formal complaints mechanism is established.
Complaints can however be registered with the following bodies:

If you have complaints in relation to such things as work quality, variations of original plans and delays in completion of construction you can complain to:
Territory Construction Association (TCA)

The TCA is an industry self-regulating body and has no power to discipline its members but can pass details of the complaint on to the company concerned.
Court action is always available and legal representation should be sought.
