Have you raised this complaint with this agency?
Yes No

As you have not already raised this complaint with the agency concerned, you have three options on how to proceed with your complaint:

  1. You can raise your complaint with the agency first and if you are unhappy with the response, come back to us and we will look into it.
  2. We can assist you to raise the complaint with the agency.
  3. If for whatever reason you do not feel comfortable approaching the agency you may proceed with your complaint direct to us.

We recommend that you first raise your complaint in writing with a senior officer of the agency concerned (for example, the Director-General of a department, CEO of the local council or administrative head of an agency). This enables the relevant agency to consider and try to resolve your complaint.

You can find the contact details on the Northern Territory Government site.
